Our varying range of training equipment is state-of-the-art. And great fun to use.

The fixed strength equipment focuses on specific muscle groups and provides an easy initiation into strength training. It’s perfect for building isolated muscle strength or size in a safe way as the machine guides your movement.

The free weight exercises enable the muscles to contract through a fuller range of motion giving an advanced muscle workout.


Monday - Friday morning: 6:30am - 8am

Monday - Thursday evening: 5:00pm - 10:00pm

Friday evening: 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Saturday: 9am - 6:00pm

Sunday : 9:00am - 8:00pm
